Please note that groups need to book under the same credit card to receive a discounted group rate. Online reservations must be made seven days prior to your desired flight date, and we ask that you provide two preferred days to accommodate possible weather fluctuations.
We do not recommend that children under the age of 5 fly. It has been our experience that they have been extremely frightened of the sudden noise from the burners.
Cancellations or re-scheduling must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight to avoid being charged. To avoid confusion, cancellation dates are given at the time of reservation. A cancellation number will be issued at the time you rescind your reservation. Weather-related cancellations are not billed and you have the option to reschedule for another convenient day (subject to availability).
No-show appointments will be billed in full on your credit card as a guaranteed arrival and gift certificates will be considered used.
